Prohibited Use: the vehicles may not be used: 1) By anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver's License has been suspended or restricted 2) For any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity 3) To carry persons or property for hire 4) To push or tow anything 5) To exceed any posted speed limits 6)Reckless driving or in any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course. (we're serious about this -- no insurance company on earth will cover the car while on the track.) We will not be held responsible for reckless driving which may result in a serious injury or death, please drive safely and always wear a seat belt. 7) To teach anyone to drive 8) On any unpaved surface 9) Engine over-reving and engine misuse will be charged at a minimum of $500 per occurrence or more. If engine failure occurs because of over-reving customer will be charged with costs of engine replacement or repair. ( over-reving is monitored by the car's computer system or ECU) In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle. Customers will lose and forfeit their rental deposit.

Tickets: The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.

Mileage: Daily and weekend rentals include 125 miles free per day and weekly rentals include 700 miles free, unless stated otherwise. For all vehicles, excluding the Hummer H2, each additional mile driven will be charged at a rate of $2.00/mile. The Hummer H2 will be billed at a rate of $1.00/mile over the free limit. Vehicles driven over 400 miles per rental day, will be subject to a wear and tear surcharge of $2/ mile over the daily limit. This surcharge is in addition to all other charges.

Insurance : Due to the types of vehicles we rent and the nature of the insurance industry, all renters must carry their own liability and physical damage policies and must verify with their insurers that coverage is provided for the vehicle being rented.

International Renters: Vehicles are available to international visitors with a valid passport and driver's license from their home country. We can provide insurance coverage for those international visitors.

Additional Drivers: Addl drivers may be listed as authorized drivers. Each addl driver must complete a rental application and pay the applicable fee.

Delivery / Pick-up: WE WILL PICK YOU UP & DROP YOU OFF FOR FREE IN ALL AREAS OF: Port St. Lucie all the way down I-95 to Miami, are FREE. This includes, Stuart, Hobe Sound, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale & Miami. Inquire within for confirmation. If you choose to pick up your rental vehicle at our office, we offer free parking for your own car in a 24-hour surveillance, heated garage for the duration of your rental. Please note: All pick-up & delivery arrangements must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance in order to guarantee on-time service. Any changes to pick-up or delivery times/locations with less than 24 hours notice may incur an additional transportation fee. (In other words: we will do our absolute best to get you the vehicle when and where you want it, however if you change your mind after we've scheduled our staff, you may incure an additional charge). Customers vehicles, must be picked up at time of rental return.

Return Times: Return times are set at the time of vehicle pickup. But once we have made a return appointment, it cannot be changed. There will be a 1-hour grace period with your scheduled return time, after which you may be subject to additional daily rental fees. Late Fees start at $100/hour to $400/hour depending on the vehicle. Please inquire within for late fee rates, they are on a per vehicle basis. If the vehicle is returned 12 hours late or longer, we will be forced to charge a full day rate unless you made arrangements with us 24 hours before your vehicle return time. Every consecutive 12 hours, at our sole discretion we will be forced to either charge you additional full day rates, or recover the vehicle forcefully at your expense.

Damage Deposit: All renters must leave a damage deposit in the form of a credit card authorization or refundable cashier's check. Any damage found on the vehicle upon return will be billed against this deposit. The amount of this deposit will vary depending on the vehicle being rented. Damage Deposits will be disclosed at time of rental. If vehicle rented has sustained damage due to an accident or neglect, customer and customer's insurance company will be held responsible for all repairs, diminished value and payment of loss use while vehicle is inoperable.

Cancellation Policy: When you make a reservation, we may authorize your credit card for 50% of the total rental cost or $500 (whichever is greater). In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will process the charge as a "store credit" and apply the amount toward your rescheduled rental. If you cancel or reschedule less than 7 days before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost or $500 (whichever is greater) in addition to the above-mentioned deposit. If you cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours before your rental (or are a no-show at the time of rental), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost. At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for special circumstances (severe weather, etc.)

Payment Methods: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. In certain cases, cashier's checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal & business checks are not accepted. Fuel Surcharge: There is no refueling charge -- vehicles can be returned full, empty, or anywhere in between unless otherwise noted in this contract. However, when you do gas up, all vehicles must be refueled with Premium grade (93+ octane) gasoline. There is a $500 fee for filling up with a lesser grade. The Hummer H2 rental, must be returned with the same amount of fuel it was delivered with, or a charge of $5/Gallon will be imposed. We do not offer refunds on fuel purchased by the renter.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for vehicle rentals or gift certificates. However, our goal is total satisfaction for our renters, so in certain situations we may offer credit for additional rental days (i.e. really miserable weather) this is at our sole discretion. In the event of an unforeseen mechanical failure during or prior to a rental, we will make every effort to repair or replace your vehicle with a similar or better model at no additional cost to you. If we cannot replace your vehicle, we will refund the remainder of the rental with a minimum charge of 1 day, the 1st rental day will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

Driving Area Restrictions: Vehicles rented from our South Florida office may not be driven outside the state of Florida without prior written approval.
