- How old do I have to be to rent a
car?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old. However, if the driver is
younger than 25, there will be a charge of $30 each day.
- Can I
rent a car for one day?
No, we require a 2 day minimum on all rentals.
There is a 3 day minimum on all holidays and special events.
- What if I don"t have insurance?
We can provide insurance. The insurance rates differ for each car.
Types of insurance we offer:
> CDW: Collision Damage
Waiver.
> PAP: Personal Accident
Protection.
> LDW: Loss Damage Waiver.
- Where do I pick up the car?
You don"t; we offer complimentary delivery from Miami to Palm Beach.
For Los Angeles, we will deliver the car complimentary within a 10 mile radius
from Los Angeles Airport.
Other delivery locations are available. Please contact us for rates.
- Do I get any free miles per day?
Yes, you will receive 50 free miles per day. If you go over the 50
free miles, there is a charge per mile. This charge varies depending on
the vehicle being rented.
- Can I drive out of the state?
No, The rented vehicle is not permitted to leave the state it is being
rented from without prior written approval.
- Will I be able to have an additional
driver?
Yes. However, you must inform us of the additional driver and
provide his/her personal and contact information.
- I want
to cancel my reservation; is there a penalty?
If you inform us of the cancellation at
least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the rental, there will not be a
penalty. However, if you do not inform us at least 48 hours in advance,
you will be charged for one day.
